I implore you not to accept the resignation of Van Jones, the head of our national environmental policies. I feel this act will set a dangerous precedent. If Van Jones, who is well established as good, highly qualified, talented and innovative can be sidelined by a witch hunt stirred up by the corporate media, we are all endangered by the same mob mentality that silenced and broke many innocent people during the McCarthy era. If someone like Van Jones, who only has the best intentions for our country cannot speak and think freely it will jeopardize these freedoms for us all.
